Our Solution
1- Data analysis and consulting
The first stage was to work with the client to build a new data structure for their content. We divided their content into sections, called out key areas such as their thought leadership and work with UK policy makers. We built this into the design of their home page, as well as the structure of the site as a whole
2- Ecommerce and payment platform development
A key requirement for the client was to allow individuals and business license their frameworks digitally. This had previously been a manual process, where the user could make an enquiry, pay via bank transfer, and a GoodCorporation employee would manually send them the documents via email.
3- Design and branding
We created a functional, slick design, which involved converting multiple PDF brochures into dynamic, responsive pages within the CMS
4- Multi-language functionality
Multi-lingual functionality, to enable international offices to update their own content seamlessly, with the option to fall back to English where no translation exists
5- Hosting, maintenance and support
Maintenance, hosting and support of the site has been provided along with continued development since the original project began. Gemstone undertakes regular consulting sessions with the client, to advise on design, UX and new features, as well as working closely with other agencies, for example on SEO projects.
Results
A large proportion of client business is now initiated through the website, and this has opened up new revenue streams for the client, allowing the company to move into ecommerce, selling online training and materials direct to visitors
Gemstone works with the client on an ongoing basis. to analyse and develop areas of the site, ensuring that all feedback (both client and end user) is acted upon. The relationship with GoodCorporation has lasted since the initial development of the website and Gemstone is delighted to continue to work so closely with the team there to ensure their continued digital success.
