Additional details

For this first-year assessment we measured Scope 3 categories 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9, following the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard. The UK Government 2024 conversion factors were applied.

Server electricity was estimated using industry idle-state data.
Shipment distances came from invoice data; weights were estimated from contents.
Waste weights were estimated as the company operates fully remotely.
Business-travel car distances used online journey-planner averages.

Emissions-reduction targets

Future carbon-reduction initiatives

Introduce a Zero Internal Flights Policy – swap domestic flights for lower-emission rail travel.
Create a Sustainable Travel Policy encouraging public transport, cycling or other low-emission modes for work journeys.
Engage employees about home-energy choices, supporting a switch to verified renewable suppliers to lower remote-working emissions.

Declaration & sign-off

This Carbon Reduction Plan follows PPN 06/21 guidance, the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, and UK Government emission-conversion factors. Scope 1 & 2 data meet SECR requirements; reported Scope 3 categories follow the Corporate Value-Chain (Scope 3) Standard. The plan has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
